Rosehip is the pod at the base of the wild rose scattered in profusion on the sunny slopes of the Himalayas.
Rose hip with mint leaves combines to give a highly pleasing and refreshing feel. It has a tangy flavour. Best known for a high content of vitamin C (More than oranges).It also contains vitamin A, D and E, and antioxidants. Rosehip strengthens the immune system and fights stomach and bladder infections.
Instruction to brew:
For 1 cup add 2 heaped tea spoons of pods to boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
